EARLY-ACCESS GUIDE · UPDATED 11 October 2026
Prepare one inspection family
Identify the requirements, identities and people needed before a CheckStation invitation.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
Bring approved requirements
Choose one repeatable family with clear unit identities, drawing revisions, approved methods and limits. Name the process owner, an independent plan reviewer and the people responsible for inspection and physical containment.
Start with known context
CheckStation uses native unit records or a closed CSV/JSON unit-context profile that a supervisor previews and accepts. It does not need an ERP connector. Each physical unit needs its own identity; entering a lot or quantity is not an inspection of all its units.
Agree readiness and terms
Before your team is invited, we agree supported methods, devices, evidence, retention, support and the effective Accounts offer. The public enquiry collects a general workflow description only, not production files or measurements.
Practise with the real screens
Practise recording inspections, responding to failed checks and reviewing holds or retests, using made-up units and inspection evidence.
Read the guides on any device. Interactive demonstrations run on a desktop or laptop, with the appropriate desktop or handheld view.
